Our client, a leader in customer solutions, is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to join their team. As a Customer Solutions Associate, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical aptitude, and developed problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Solutions Associate
**Location:** Solon, OH Office (On-site presence required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday)
**What's the Job?**
+ Drive customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service.
+ Manage open orders and ensure adherence to the Daily Activity Schedule.
+ Collaborate with customers and business partners to resolve order issues.
+ Provide 360 visibility on the status of orders to customers and internal teams.
+ Participate in operational review meetings to enhance process quality.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
+ 1-2 years of Supply Chain experience in Order Management or related fields preferred.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
