Customer Solutions Associate
Our client, a leader in customer solutions, is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to join their team. As a Customer Solutions Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical aptitude, and creative problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Customer Solutions Associate **Location:** Solon, OH **What's the Job?** + Identify and resolve demand capture failures within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA). + Regularly monitor open orders and ensure adherence to daily tasks and cadence. + Collaborate with customers and cross-functional partners to resolve blocked orders efficiently. + Contact customers regarding Out of Stock or Stock Allocation issues and propose resolutions. + Drive continuous improvement by applying NCE methodology and participating in operational reviews. **What's Needed?** + Undergraduate degree strongly preferred. + 1 - 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or related fields. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with SAP, BW, and Business Objects preferred. + Strong customer service mindset and a passion for delighting customers. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment. + Engagement in continuous learning and process improvement initiatives. + Chance to build long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders. + Work-life balance with a typical schedule of M-F, 40 hours/week. + Be part of a team that values your contributions and encourages innovation.
