What you will do:
Product implementation/project managementProvide leadership/ support to ensure flawless solution implementation of ReTech technology platforms at retailers, brands, and partnersEvaluate system performance and monitoring related system index to ensure solution stabilityAI training and model managementDue diligence in AI model training and data validation to ensure expected system deliveryCustomer facingOversee the customer solution implementation of the technology platform from concept to commercializationDeliver qualified service/consultancy to customers regarding how system con deliver the best value to them, and how store operation team can use the system to the bestSolution/product designProactively drive key technology issues and decisions through to satisfactory resolutionWork with the product/technical teams to translate the customer business needs into product design and development specificationsAnalytics and valueEvaluate system value to customers and calculate ROI and sales impact of using the system
What you will bring:
Bachelors/Masters with a major in Operation, Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology or equivalent2+ years of retailing or technology implementation experience in areas such as SAAS platforms or software developmentSkilled at developing design and requirements for solution implementationAnalytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleaguesResults-oriented with an ability to own deliverables through to completionTeam player and honest in communicationExperience and knowledge of retail and consumer product goods is a plus
