Job Title: Customer Service SpecialistJob Description

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support our customer base by managing quote and order entries using the Epicor ERP system. You are expected to maintain high efficiency and quality in your daily workload. You should be capable of elevating issues to Account Manager and Sales Management when necessary and communicate effectively with customers and various departments, including Production and Engineering.

ResponsibilitiesSupport customer base with quote and order entry in Epicor ERP system.Maintain a high level of efficiency, quality, and quantity in daily workload.Elevate issues to Account Manager and Sales Management as necessary.Communicate with customers, with frequency dependent on platform and workload.Collaborate with other departments such as Production and Engineering.Review and comprehend appropriate work instructions.Participate in ongoing training activities.Perform other job duties as assigned.
Essential Skills1 to 2 years of customer service experience.Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.Attention to detail.
Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and people skills.Quick learner with an open personality.Good organizational and planning skills.Ability to prioritize and handle urgent issues effectively.
Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite in Tukwila/Southcenter with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You'll gain exposure to the aerospace industry and work under a very engaging and supportive management.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
