Job Title: Customer service specialist in the automotive industry with Slovak Job Description The Advisor I, Technical Support responds to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature including hardware/software, or other designated client products. This position assists external users of the client's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use. Job description: + Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm. + Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. + Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience. + Staying updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information. + Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction + Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
