Job Description
The Advisor I, Technical Support responds to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature including hardware/software, or other designated client products. This position assists external users of the client's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.

+ Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.
+ Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
+ Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
+ Staying updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
+ Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
+ Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
+ 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
+ Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Slovak.
+ Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
+ Excited about the opportunity to contribute to Volkswagen's continued success and growth in the automotive sector.
+ The ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
