Our Customer Service Specialists support Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill brands and help answer inbound customer calls. Working from home, our Specialists not only assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations but also promote products and improve sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume.

Busy day handling our high volume of inbound customer inquiriesOffer additional products on each customer interactionAssist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each callerCalls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account dataOpportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the entire QVC Group family of brandsReport to an assigned Customer Service SupervisorWhat You'll Bring
