Job Title: Service Coordinator
Job Description
As a Service Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating field service activities and ensuring smooth execution of requests. You will manage customer service inquiries with accuracy and deliver service estimates or job quotations promptly. Additionally, you will track ongoing work orders, keeping customers informed through updates in the portal or via direct communication, and utilize Microsoft CRM and ERP platforms to manage customer data and service workflows. You will also generate and maintain reports while balancing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Experience with ERP or CRM platforms, particularly Navision.At least 1 year of experience in administration, clerical work, or customer support. - recent graduates welcomeProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in order processing and scheduling.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of service administration and customer service practices.Ability to navigate Microsoft Dynamics and CRM systems.Experience with purchase orders, RMA, and project coordination.Work Environment

The role requires flexibility with start times, which may range from 6 AM to 8 AM, to cover both East and West Coast schedules. The work schedule includes four days onsite and one day working from home on Fridays. Training is conducted in-office for at least 2 weeks, possibly up to 4-6 weeks, with hours from 8-5 or 7-4. The work setting includes pit-style or cubby seating, with employees seated near others handling shared accounts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
