Senior Health Solutions is searching for a full time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This person will work to support our agents and clients. This is not remote.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, excellent in communication skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and outgoing.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications with prior positions or college experience --
+ Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate Microsoft Excel.
+ Strong communication and time-management skills.
+ Accuracy in data entry skills.
+ Sharp attention to detail.
+ Experience with Health Insurance and Medicare terminology preferred
Pay is negotiable with experience. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.
