What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in customer satisfaction by managing end-to-end order processing, coordinating with key stakeholders, continuously improving service processes, and supporting the commercial team at both local and regional levels.

Some of the Things You’ll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, phone, and internal systems, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Process customer orders and manage delivery-related activities using SAP (e.g., SAP SD, MM module).

Monitor order status and proactively identify and resolve issues related to order discrepancies.

Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Proactively identify potential issues, develop alternative solutions, and propose recommendations to the Customer Service Manager to minimize business risks and operational impact.

Support team capability and performance by providing guidance and knowledge sharing, while preparing and maintaining knowledge-based documentation, process guidelines, FAQs, and operational reports for future reference and audit purposes.

Ensure team practices and daily operations comply with company policies, procedures, and established guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

What You’ll Bring to Us:

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Good command of English, both written and spoken

2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales Support

Experience with SAP is an advantage

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel, Outlook, and SAP
