Priority Personnel is hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent – Property and Casualty Customer Service & Sales for a dealership located in San Marcos, TX.

Pay rate: $20.00-40.00/hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Duties:

Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries Provide exceptional customer service on billing questions, policy changes, and insurance reviews Assist with endorsements, policy renewals, and retention efforts Cross-sell policies and ask for referrals Keep accurate records and notes in our CRM system Educate clients on available coverage options and updates

Requirements:

Friendly, bubbly, and compassionate personality Highly self-motivated with a “go the extra mile” attitude Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Must demonstrate a coachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques. Adapts well to rejection, maintaining persistence and determination to overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. Bilingual (English/Spanish)  Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain) Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
