And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The Policy Processor is responsible for accurately reviewing and issuing new insurance applications within the New Business department. This role supports the timely and accurate processing of Final Expense, A&H, and/or Medicare Supplement policies by following established procedures and collaborating with team members across underwriting, fulfillment, and data entry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality and turnaround time. **Required Qualifications** + 6 months Basic computer and data entry experience + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively + Comfortable navigating multiple systems to complete daily tasks + Strong written and verbal communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior experience in insurance operations, data entry, or administrative support + Familiarity with Final Expense, A&H, Medicare Supplement policy processing, or health insurance claims. + Experience working in a production or metrics-based environment + Working knowledge of Excel **Education** + High school diploma or GED **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **The hours listed below are the required availability for this role.
