Customer Service Representative - Medicare (Bilingual Creole)

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, driven, and bilingual (Creole) professionals to join our next class of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) supporting Aetna Medicare members. This is a fully remote opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional service to our senior population.

Location: Remote (Permanent Work from Home)

Time Zone Requirement: Candidates must reside in Eastern Time Zone (EST). Florida location preferred.

Training & Schedule:

Training: 10 weeks, full-time (8 hours/day), Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST. No time off is permitted during training.Permanent Schedule: Shifts may begin as early as 8:00 AM and end as late as 10:00 PM EST. Schedules are updated quarterly through a shift bid process based on employee performance, attendance, and behavior; open schedules are determined by business needs and managed by Workforce Management (WFM).

Key Responsibilities

Respond to Medicare Advantage member inquiries via inbound calls, online messages, and written correspondence.Provide personalized, compassionate service with patience and professionalism.Navigate multiple systems efficiently to resolve complex issues.Participate in ongoing training and self-development opportunities.Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive member experience.Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in Creole and English1+ years of customer service experience1+ years of experience in health insurance or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience serving the senior populationFamiliarity with medical terminologyKnowledge of Medicare or other health insurance plans

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $25.65

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
