ResponsibilitiesIdentify and resolve performance score discrepancies for the logistics network carrier base.Partner with teams to identify and drive process improvements that enhance service, iterate technology, and boost carrier performance engagement and growth.Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to facilitate key business decisions across customer-facing programs.Pull data from numerous databases using tools such as Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.Essential Skills1-3 years of experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or a related field.Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office with basic computer skills.Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities.Experience managing large data sets to drive performance and process improvements.Operational focus with no phone interaction required.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school or equivalent diploma.Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, and array formulas.Preferred: 1+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent.Preferred: 1+ years of management experience.Bachelor's degree is a plus.Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite with various shift schedules available: two positions from Sunday to Wednesday and two positions from Wednesday onward. The opportunity allows for learning and growth within the transportation teams, providing an entry-level corporate role that supports peak business ramps.
