Customer Service Representative - Insurance
Our client, a dynamic player in the insurance industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support department, assisting clients with their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. **Job Title:** Customer Service Representative - Insurance **Location:** Forest Hills, NY **Pay Range:** Hourly Rate between $19 - $20 **Schedule:** Monday- Friday, 8am - 5pm **What's the Job?** + Handle inbound phone calls from clients regarding their insurance policies. + Assist with billing inquiries and process endorsements. + Provide general customer service support to existing policyholders. + Gather information and perform data entry tasks accurately. + Prepare court documents as needed. **What's Needed?** + **1+ years of experience in personal/commercial property and casualty insurance (Required).** + **Background in customer service and policy administration at an insurance company, wholesale broker, or agency.** + **REQUIRED: Experience with AMS360 or Applied Epic** . + Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). + Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent listening abilities. **What's in it for me?** + Temp to Perm opportunity + Full-time hours + Weekly pay with direct deposit If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
