Customer Service Representative Immediate Hire
Job Title: STC AdvocateJob Description

The STC Advocate role is a unique combination of responsibilities that place you as the face of our company. As the first point of contact for customers selling their vehicles to us, you will ensure they have an exceptional experience. This role involves driving a company-owned car to multiple appointments daily, greeting customers, evaluating vehicles, facilitating paperwork on an iPad, and coordinating the pickup of vehicles.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver a uniquely special experience to each customer, providing exceptional service.Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in our customer tracking system.Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with our CMV Driver Qualification policy.Assist team members with various tasks as necessary.Drive to approximately 6-8 appointments daily at customer homes, evaluating vehicles and managing paperwork.Essential SkillsCustomer service oriented with 2+ years of customer-facing experience.Must be 21 years of age or older.Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.High School Diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English.Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time.Additional Skills & QualificationsSense of humor and a passion for the customer experience.Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.Team player with an understanding of the value of teamwork.Interest in working hard, being challenged in a fast-paced environment, and having fun while doing it.Work Environment

The work environment involves both indoor and outdoor conditions, potentially exposing you to inclement or extreme weather. You will spend time both in the office and on the road, requiring flexibility and adaptability. Training may vary, so clear communication and readiness to adapt are essential. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
