Job Type: Full-time 8am-5pm Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)

As a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of customer service. Though not required, experience in the Plumbing, Restoration, HVAC, or Construction industries is a plus!
Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher include:
Quickly and efficiently answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Actively listening to the customer to learn about their situation and how we can help them
Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling and routing of services to our team of technicians
Dispatching jobs and updates to technicians in the field
Coordinate any adjustments in schedule with customers and service technicians
Provide sales support and recommendations
The Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher include:
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong telephone and computer skills
Experience scheduling and routing teams of technicians
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
QuickBooks and Salesforce knowledge is a plus!
COVID-19 vaccination is required
Must pass a Background Check for our insurance requirements
Fluency in Spanish is not required but is a plus!
