Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting outside sales Account Executives, converting customer quotes into orders, and managing orders from start to finish. This position is essential in ensuring a seamless customer experience, primarily through email communication. The role is based in Stratford, CT and offers opportunities for growth into inside sales roles within 6 months to a year.
ResponsibilitiesSupport outside sales Account Executives.Convert sales/customer quotes into orders.Check inventory to ensure availability.Answer emails and phone calls promptly.Monitor order entry system to ensure timely project completion.Provide accurate shipping estimates.Process credit card payments.Resolve customer issues using internet support groups.Manage outbound and inbound account activities.Utilize Salesforce CRM platform for organizational purposes.Essential SkillsCustomer service experience (1 year).Sales support experience (6 months).Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong communication skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Ability to work independently and within a team.Knowledge of order entry or ERP systems like Infor SX is a plus.Experience in the portable event industry or large format graphics printing is a plus.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
