What You'll be Doing:
As an Accounting Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and enhancing their experience. You will handle various operational tasks and assist customers with more complex inquiries regarding invoices. This position offers an opportunity to further develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Tasks:
Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries regarding invoices.
Resolve moderately complex customer issues and complaints.
Verify and update representation and billing information.
Assist with account updates and changes.
Revise and void invoices related to representation.
Provide detailed product and service information.
Document and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
Update and maintain customer records.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to compliance and quality standards.
Implement and adhere to administrative procedures and policies.

Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrates ability to build rapport with customers.
Intermediate Problem-Solving: Analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Product Knowledge: Good understanding of multiple product/service features.
Must be computer literate; Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience accounting/bookkeeping preferred.
QA Understanding: Knowledge of quality assurance standards.

Compensation:
33,500.00 - 56,100.00 USD
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
