Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 to $19.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages from patients and providersExplain insurance billing, statements, and payment options clearly and professionallyProcess payments, assist with account inquiries, and document interactions accuratelyEscalate complex billing or reimbursement issues to appropriate teamsMaintain HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate, patient-centered serviceCustomer Service Representative Qualifications:
Customer service in the healthcare or medical billing backgroundStrong verbal and written communication with excellent active listening skillsAbility to clearly explain complex information in a friendly, professional mannerHigh attention to detail with solid problem-solving and organizational skillsComfortable using computers and multiple systems; bilingual skills a plus but not requiredBilingual preferredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
