We are on a lookout for Customer Service Representative to join our Mobile Connectivity Department at Thales in Prague. You will be part of the Solutions & Services BPA organization, the Customer Service with main tasks to:

-Co-ordinate the project related order management  with appropriate Solution Sales,Account Managers,  Project Manager, SDM, Finance departments.

-Take total ownership on customers' orders from the Purchase Order receipt to the delivery and invoicing.

- Support MCS Solutions & Services strategy and business execution

A week in life of Customer Service Representative:

Act as Main interface for Solution sales, Account Managers (and customers for specific activities), finance and project management/SDM during order treatment process.Organize & lead kick off meeting (Engagement Review) at purchase order reception for large or non recurrent projects with all solution stakeholders: Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Solution Sales and FinanceCheck customer's Po & book it in Thales ERP order entry system to allow treatment from project managerProject milestones follow-up and  invoicing in coordination with internal interfaces and customer a proactive modeRecurring business booking & invoicing management (Support & maintenance, hosting, operations)Relay information to/from customers versus project manager / solution salesSupport the credit management on customers' overdue treatment with Solution Sales, Account Management & FinanceManage post sales activity for all solutions (on administrative standpoint)Contribute to the short-term backlog billing forecast exercise and its achievementsProvide agreed reporting to Solutions Sales, Customer, Finance & BPA ManagementAttend sales meetings, customer meetings and delivery center steering committees when required when requiredODC transactions focus: Customer pricing Database update, Transactions billing monitoring (contract, Order Item)Clean and update billing backlog to ensure billing on time

Requirements:

Experience in Solutions & Services businessSales administration and logistics (Payment Terms, Taxes, Customs Rules, …)Finance (revenue recognition rules)System Tools : ERP tools, IT Literate (Microsoft Pack Office, …)Good organization skills & RigorUse to work in complex administrative structuresCustomer oriented & availabilityStress resistantGood oral & written communicationFluent English, French is a plus
