Respond independently to complex customer issues using standard protocols Resolve technical problems related to hardware and software from customer contacts Provide information, analysis, and recommendations to support team efforts Assist customers proactively to prevent or reduce issues Participate in projects and provide feedback based on analysisWhat's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Minimum of 5+ years of general experience or equivalent combination of experience and education Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in customer-facing roles, including remote and telephone support Ability to diagnose hardware issues to the FRU level and train team members on new technologiesWhat's in it for me?
