Location: Mines Rd, Laredo, TX
Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Range: $16 per hour
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the operations department, supporting delivery coordination teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization.
What’s the Job? Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues Monitor progress of delivery routes Process changes or cancellations to delivery ordersWhat’s Needed? Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High school diploma or equivalent 1-year related experience, preferably in a call center environment Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues effectively Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure while staying organizedWhat’s in it for me?
