Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing accurate, courteous support.

ResponsibilitiesHandle 50–70 inbound calls per dayMake 60–80 outbound calls per dayMaintain professionalism and courtesy at all times, including:Providing accurate informationFollowing client scriptingUsing appropriate tone and inflectionShowing empathy and willingness to assistIdentify and escalate AE/PQC issues to the client within one business dayManage caller complaints and escalate through the supervisor request processRespond to sample accountability emails within 24 hoursComplete and submit daily spreadsheets (AV, Touchstone, FEDEX)Manage data and documentation through DTP and the usmmempsi.cc.com mailboxMaintain 90%+ attendance and on‑phone timeFollow all CWI, SOP, federal regulations, and company policiesEssential Skills3–5 years of customer service experience in an inbound call centerStrong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft programsAdditional QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWork Environment

This is an on‑site position based in Lenexa. It’s a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large organization. While this is a contract role, there is potential for growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
