Customer Service Representative
Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Elkhorn, WI. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from order entry to delivery. Candidates with experience in manufacturing or construction industries are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities + Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email. + Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently. + Provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and delivery schedules. + Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency. + Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction. + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. + Prepare quotes and assist with pricing inquiries as needed. + Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience. Qualifications + 2–4 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction. + Strong communication and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or CRM systems. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + High attention to detail and organizational skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elkhorn, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
