We're currently looking for several Customer Service Representatives to join a busy, fast-paced team. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, communicates confidently, and enjoys being on the phone throughout the day!

This is an entry-level opportunity with room to grow for motivated candidates who want to build experience in sales, customer service, and business outreach.

What you'll be doing:

Making 100-175 outbound calls per day to small and mid-sized businessesConducting cold calls to discuss upcoming national and regional advertising campaigns (entertainment, healthcare, and consumer-focused promotions)Explaining how businesses can participate by allowing temporary promotional signage to be displayed at their locationAnswering questions, handling objections, and maintaining a professional, friendly tone on every callDocumenting call outcomes and customer responses accurately

What we're looking for:

Strong verbal communication skills and a clear phone presenceComfort making a high volume of outbound callsCustomer service experience or a people-facing backgroundReliable, coachable, and open to feedback
