Your Opportunity: Taylor is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. This role involves handling complex customer inquiries, leading service initiatives, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will possess advanced product knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to enhancing the customer’s experience.

Your Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and expertiseResolve complex issues and provide solutions in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfactionProactively communicate matters with the customer that are affecting orders including due dates, estimating change orders, materials issues, or equipment problemsUnderstand the specifications of each order to ensure smooth internal processingAdherence to customer expected response timesProcess orders, returns, and exchanges, while ensuring compliance with company policiesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM systemMentor and train Customer Service Representatives I and II, fostering a culture of continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance service deliveryAnalyze customer feedback and identify trends to improve processes and service qualityStay informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices to enhance service effectiveness

You Must Have:    

May require an associate's degree and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related areaExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to convey information clearlyProven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situationsProficient in using customer service software and CRM systemsDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor team membersAbility to sit for extended periods while working on a computer


The anticipated hourly range for this position is $29.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
