**Customer Service Representative**
_Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Opening_
**Location:** **_Conover, NC_**
**_Shift: Mon-Thur. with half a day fridays - 8AM to 5PM._**
**_Pay: Starting at $16/HR based on experience_**
**_Retention bonus after 1 year._**
We’re looking for a proactive **Customer Service Representative** to support our order processing and customer communication. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience in shipping/receiving or distribution centers, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping to ensure timely delivery.
+ Submit orders for credit approval and act as a liaison between customers, sales reps, and the factory.
+ Respond to inquiries about products, order status, changes, and returns via phone or email.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Build strong professional relationships and stay updated on product knowledge.
+ Enter customer orders, repairs, and returns accurately.
+ Take on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
+ Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
+ Clear written and verbal communication.
+ Able to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
+ Experience in furniture or manufacturing is a plus.
+ Experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or distribution centers.
+ Familiarity with inventory and order fulfillment processes.
