Customer Service Representative – Firearms Industry

💵 Pay: $16.50–$20.00/hour (based on experience)

Join our team as an Administrative Assistant supporting our service and warranty operations. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your industry knowledge and organizational skills will make a real impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for customer phone calls and emails regarding returns and repairs on optics.Schedule service requests and coordinate with the warehouse on shipping and receiving.Utilize the ERP system (once implemented) for order tracking, inventory management, and reporting.Monitor and manage inventory levels, especially for items being returned or shipped.Provide technical support to customers and oversee the warranty program in the U.S.QualificationsPrior administrative or customer service experience required.Knowledge of firearms or optics is required (personal, professional, or educational).Strong communication and organizational skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.Experience with ERP systems or inventory software is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive hourly payOpportunity to work in a niche industrySupportive team environmentPotential for growth as systems and operations expand

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $20.00/hr.
