Our client, a dynamic service provider in the plumbing and customer support industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Lake Saint Louis, MO
**Pay Range:** $17.00/hr
**Shift:** MON-FRI, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM, 20 hours per week
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist the dispatcher with customer service-related functions as directed
+ Answer incoming phone calls to schedule appointments or resolve customer issues
+ Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of service technicians in cooperation with the dispatcher and service manager
+ Complete billing for service technicians and assist with payment collection
+ Manage permit applications, inspection requests, and utility location requests for plumbing work
**What's Needed?**
+ Customer service experience and past sales experience (preferred but not required)
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong work ethic and self-motivation
+ Moderate PC skills and familiarity with basic Office products, with the ability to learn new software programs
