Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
+ Process customer orders via email, handling 25-50 emails daily.
+ Maintain customer relations before and after delivery.
+ Manage all orders and purchase orders.
+ Send paperwork to the lab as required.
+ Assist occasionally in the shipping department.
+ Communicate with trucking companies for order deliveries.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Experience with Outlook
+ Experience in customer service and data entry
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with Chempax Computer System
+ Experience in manufacturing or chemical manufacturing is a plus
+ Ability to work independently and learn quickly
Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Joliet, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
