We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Clinical Field Personnel, and domestic customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate order processing, and timely communication across teams and clients.
Job Description
Prepare and process sales orders, packing lists, thank you notes, and invoices for revenue-generating transactions.Receive and process orders via telephone and email with accuracy and efficiency.Handle demo equipment requests from Sales Representatives and ensure timely shipment.Maintain detailed records of demo inventory and issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) upon return.Assist ASMs and field personnel with customer service tasks, correspondence, and dissemination of sales-related information.Input and maintain accurate data in internal databases and filing systems.Prepare financial analyses and reports based on sales order data to support strategic decision-making.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Ensure proper functioning of departmental electronic equipmentLogistics
$27-$306 month contract Onsite rolePay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
