Job Description: Customer Experience Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth order processing, effective communication with customers and vendors, and providing outstanding support across departments.
Pay: $23/hourly
Hours: 5am - 1:45pm
Responsibilities
+ Order Management
+ Accurately process incoming orders via email, voicemail, and online platforms
+ Review and verify order details for completeness and accuracy
+ Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
+ Customer & Vendor Communication
+ Respond promptly and professionally to customer and vendor inquiries via email, phone, and in person
+ Provide pricing and rate information to the customer service team
+ Address and resolve product return issues and other service concerns
+ Support online vendors and their customers with timely responses
+ Administrative Support
+ Assist the department and vendors with administrative tasks
+ Collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse teams regarding stock availability, back orders, and will-call orders
+ Maintain clear documentation and records of communications and transactions
+ Team Collaboration
+ Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
+ Foster a cooperative and positive work environment across departments
Qualifications
+ Strong communication skills—written and verbal
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
+ Proficiency in order entry systems and basic office software
+ Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
