\n\t\t\t\t\tEssential Functions: \n1. Assist customers with inquiries and grievances by telephone, email, online chat, or in person.\n2. Provide product support, warranty information, and assist customers with parts orders, product inquires, and website/portal navigation.\n3. Resolve product or service grievances by defining the cause of the problem, determining the best solution, explaining the best course of action, executing, and then completing follow up.\n4. Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer’s grievances in a timely manner.\n5. Escalate customer complaints or questions to specialists or management, as appropriate.\n6. Assist customers with warranties, claims processing, certificates of origin and more.\n7. Provide pricing, delivery, and order information for reimbursement or replacement parts.\n8. Ensure all actions are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.\n9. Complete other duties and cross-training activities as assigned.\n\nQualifications: \n• High school diploma or equivalent required\n• Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience required\n• Mechanical, manufacturing, or parts advisor background required\n\nSpecialized Knowledge:\n• Ability to type a minimum of 50+ words per minute (WPM)\n• Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems, including operating computers and multi-line telephones, navigating websites, using search functions, and word processing.\n• Familiarity with metal fabrication and surge brake systems preferred\n\nCompetencies:\n• Excellent problem-solving skills\n• Advanced communication and active listening skills\n• Strong time management skills to ensure customers receive prompt assistance\n• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team\n• Willingness to help where and when needed, beyond the scope of normal day-to-day duties

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
