Our client is seeking a professional bubbly Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a CSR, you will be part of the Customer Service team supporting team and customers. The ideal candidate will have data entry, multi-tasking, and eager to learn process which will align successfully in the organization.
**What’s the Job?**
+ Works with accounts for entering and maintaining customer order fulfillment system.
+ Utilizing word processing and spreadsheet applications.
+ Monitors the order process to ensure that customer deliveries are made.
+ Receives and books orders in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Responds to customer inquiries and requests.
**What’s Needed?**
+ 2 years’ experience required.
+ Resume showing qualifications related to job duties.
