Job Description

As a Customer Service Professional , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service for both internal and external customers.

ResponsibilitiesManage order entry and processing.Provide excellent customer support and service.Perform clerical and administrative duties.Manage inventory effectively.Maintain professionalism in all interactions.Communicate effectively with customers and team members.Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.Utilize computer skills to support daily operations.Essential SkillsCustomer service experience with a minimum of 2 years.Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office products.Capability to work independently and take initiative.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Experience in printing, manufacturing, or a technical company preferred.Servant mentality with a positive attitude.Strong decision-making skills when analyzing information.Ability to review and check own work for errors.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
