Customer Service Representative

**Monday to Friday $20 an hour**
**Job Summary:**
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers by answering product and service inquiries, processing returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Resolve order issues and customer complaints.
+ Communicate with customers via phone and email.
+ Track and schedule return orders.
+ Maintain accurate call records and issue credit memos.
+ Update customer information and manage email distribution lists.
+ Support internal teams with order and product information.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 6+ months of customer service or related experience.
+ Strong phone and computer multitasking skills.
+ Experience with returns (RMA), Microsoft Office, and multi-line phone systems.
+ Excellent communication, typing (40+ WPM), and data entry skills.
+ Ability to work an 8-hour shift at a computer.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Knowledge of the health food industry.
+ Familiarity with shipping carriers and LTL shipments.
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish.
