**Our client, a leading manufacturer in the marine and outdoor recreation industry, is seeking an Order Management Associate to join their team.** As an Order Management Associate, you will be part of the Customer Operations department supporting the Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** , **excellent communication skills** , and **a proactive, customer-focused mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:**
$20 / hour (depending on experience)
**What’s the Job?**
+ Accurately enter and validate customer orders in ERP systems
+ Resolve order exceptions such as pricing discrepancies
+ Handle inbound customer inquiries and complaints professionally
+ Monitor orders, process credits/cancellations, and manage PO revisions
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
**What’s Needed?**
+ 2+ years in order management, customer service, or related field
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or CRM)
+ High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication abilities
