Customer Service Representative – Logistics Support (Onsite)

Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support drivers across the country using cutting-edge two-way audio and video communication. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at warehouses and distribution centers nationwide.


What You’ll DoServe as the first point of contact for drivers via two-way audio/video systems.Verify truck and trailer specifications to ensure compliance and safety.Coordinate real-time updates with warehouse and distribution teams.Manage gate operations to streamline onsite workflows.Communicate clearly and efficiently with up to 200 drivers daily.What You Bring1+ year of high-volume customer support experience (call center preferred).Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow SOPs, multitask, and solve problems quickly.Experience in retail or logistics customer service is a plus.Schedule & Work EnvironmentTraining: 3 weeks, onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.Post-Training Shifts: 5 days/week, including weekends. Shifts may vary between:6:00 AM – 2:30 PM8:30 AM – 5:00 PMUp to 10-hour shifts between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMThis is a fully onsite role with no remote or hybrid options.Overtime required from October through January.Must be flexible with holidays and rotating schedules (e.g., Thursday–Monday, Friday–Tuesday, etc.).Why Join UsBe part of a mission-critical team that keeps supply chains running.Work with innovative technology in a collaborative environment.Opportunities for growth and advancement in a stable industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
