We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support drivers across the country using cutting-edge two-way audio and video communication. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at warehouses and distribution centers nationwide. What You’ll Do + Serve as the first point of contact for drivers via two-way audio/video systems. + Verify truck and trailer specifications to ensure compliance and safety. + Coordinate real-time updates with warehouse and distribution teams. + Manage gate operations to streamline onsite workflows. + Communicate clearly and efficiently with up to 200 drivers daily. What You Bring + 1+ year of high-volume customer support experience (call center preferred). + Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. + Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to follow SOPs, multitask, and solve problems quickly. + Experience in retail or logistics customer service is a plus. Schedule & Work Environment + Training: 3 weeks, onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. + Post-Training Shifts: 5 days/week, including weekends. Shifts may vary between: + 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM + Up to 10-hour shifts between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM + This is a fully onsite role with no remote or hybrid options. + Overtime required from October through January. + Must be flexible with holidays and rotating schedules (e.g., Thursday–Monday, Friday–Tuesday, etc.).
