Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the administrative support team, supporting daily operations and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Rep
**Location:** Baytown, TX
**Pay Range: TBD**
**Shift: Standard 8 am - 5pm**
**What's the Job?**
+ Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
+ Providing accurate information regarding products and services
+ Documenting customer interactions and transactions
+ Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
+ Collaborating with team members to improve service quality

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
