Our client, a Logisitics comonay & leading provider in customer service solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the customer support department, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Rep
**Location:** Romulus, MI
**Pay Range:** $20.00
**Shift:** 8:30AM-5PM Monday- Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
+ Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
+ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
+ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
+ Provide follow-up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED preferred.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
