Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:30pm)Greet customers and assist with basic account and service inquiriesCollect, organize, and verify customer documentation for accuracy and completenessEnter and update customer information in internal systemsAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and route inquiries as neededCustomer Service Rep - 1st Qualifications:
Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of standard office softwareStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established proceduresClear communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionOrganized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
