Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage escalated troubleshooting calls and provide vital administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
ResponsibilitiesHandle escalated troubleshooting calls and provide advanced support for EV charger issues.Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance appointments.Process online enrollment applications, including reviewing photos to determine if they meet qualifications.Maintain and organize customer records.Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.Essential SkillsExperience in customer service or technical support preferred.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.Proficient with basic computer software and systems.High school diploma or equivalent required.Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to confirm schedules as needed. The position involves working with standard office equipment and requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
