Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionallyTake accurate food orders and input them into our ordering systemProcess cash and card transactions efficientlyProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issuesAssist in pizza preparation as neededMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillmentHandle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periodsLift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.Adhere to all company policies and food safety regulations

QualificationsExcellent phone communication and customer service skillsAbility to take accurate orders and handle cash transactionsBasic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systemsStrong multitasking abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetAttention to detail and ability to follow directions preciselyStress management skills and ability to remain calm under pressureFood handling certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
