QualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysBasic math skills for handling cash transactions accuratelyPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quicklyStrong multitasking abilities and attention to detailTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleaguesHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
