Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional mannerResolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience and understandingProcess orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficientlyMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionDocument customer interactions and update account information in our databaseIdentify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisorsProvide personalized solutions to meet individual customer needsParticipate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledgePay range $12-18
