Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and make pizzas and other menu items according to company standardsProcess cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealingsProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulationsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standardsHandle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed

QualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitudeStrong communication abilities, both verbal and writtenBasic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculationsAbility to follow directions and adhere to company policies and proceduresFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesAvailability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as neededTeam player mentality with a willingness to support colleaguesPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required)Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus
