Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders over the phone and in personProcess cash and credit card transactions efficientlyPrepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standardsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillmentAddress customer inquiries and resolve issues professionallyAssist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shiftSupport other areas of restaurant operations as needed

QualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorStrong communication abilities, both verbal and writtenCapability to follow directions accurately and efficientlyFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as requiredBasic math skills for cash handling and transaction processingPhysical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periodsBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systemsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborateFood service industry knowledge, particularly in pizza preparation (training provided)High school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be able to pass a criminal background check
