QualificationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitudeBasic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quicklyCapability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionallyCash handling experience or ability to learn quicklyPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as neededAbility to follow directions and adhere to company policies and proceduresStrong team player with a collaborative mindsetFood preparation experience is a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
