Domino's Pizza in St Louis, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.

Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and make pizzas according to company standardsProcess cash and credit card transactionsProvide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issuesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various in-store tasks as neededHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate recordsLift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.

QualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitudeStrong communication abilities, both verbal and writtenBasic math skills for handling cash transactionsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as neededPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleaguesAttention to detail and ability to follow directions accuratelyBasic computer skills for operating ordering systemsFood handling experience or willingness to learn proper techniquesHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)Previous customer service experience is a plus
